Item arrived damaged from warehouse in Midwest. I am on the East coast. the corner was dinged. It could of been prevented if they reinforced the corners with Styrofoam. Packaging the basically just put a cardboard box around it.

The seams are not glued like they should be for the product to work correctly and I can see that it will be a problem There is the white caulk/glue all inside box looks messy. IF ll the joints are not sealed 100% it is not going to work. The corner on one side is bad. Also the Logo OBCON was not on the box. and the end was dinged pretty bad in shipping. The ends that have silver one side is hanging on about 50%. Also one of the terminals is broken.
HOW TO FIX IT.
I put in about 4 hours of work sealing and re caulking the corners on the inside the way it should be done sealed 100%. Once I di all this mounted the subs then heard noise coming out of 3 of the 4 edges. So I had to cut carpet back... Read more
