I had to send the first unit back because of no rear audio. This new unit does everything I need it to with great video / audio. Easy install with a simple modification of my dashs' oak trim.
Caraudiodeals was easy to work with and promptly replaced the unit (My cost shipping to and from seller (={).

do not purcahse, January 27, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Boss BV8970 In-Dash 8" DVD/MP3/CD Receiver with USB, SD Card, and Front Panel AUX Input (Electronics) I bought this for my son for christmas and it did not work when it was installed, the company tried to charge us to ship it back and wait for them to repair it which is bad customer service as it should have worked out of the box
