This review is from: Boss CW2500D Chaos Wired 2500 Watt Class D Monoblock Power Amplifier with Subwoofer Level Control (Electronics) The amp is way overrated. It only has two 25amp fuse for a total of 50amps of fuse protection. This means it probably pulls about 40amps when it is running at full power. At 13 volts this translates to 520 watts (45*13). I have it powering a single 12" Kicker L5 which is rated at 600watts @ 2ohms (dual 4ohm voice coils wired in parallel) and it doesn't come close to pushing it at its full potential. The 600watt sub is WAY underpowered. I've only had the amp for about three weeks so I don't know how it will last. Two stars (maybe three if it doesn't die out for a couple years), however, if you are looking for an amp to power say a 300watt sub, this might do the trick.
