I would recomend this amp for a big sound system. This review is from: Hifonics Brutus BXI2010D 2000 Watt D-Class Mono Amplifier (Electronics) I've had several car stereo amps since 1991 and this Brutus is pretty impressive. I was wary of a 2000 watt amp for only $300, but this amp delivers. I replaced a broken Earthquake PH-D2 Shredder with this amp, running 2 old school Orion XTR 12's from 1999. It's not quite what the Shredder was, but pretty close. They don't make 'em like the Earthquake PH-D2 any more. I'm very particular about my car audio products and, overall I'm pretty impressed with this Hifonics product. I would recommend it. FYI I'm running a Duralast Gold 850cca battery, stock 130amp alternator, and a 3-farad Power Acoustik capacitor in my Crown Vic Police Interceptor.
